"My family and I just spent a
wonderful week in this house and we
couldn't have been happier. The
decor is fabulous and everything we
needed for a week at the beach was
provided from bikes to beach towels.
The house was immaculately clean
and linens were 5 star hotel quality.
The location is amazing! Main Street
is right outside the door with great
restaurants and shopping. The
beach and a lovely play ground are 2
short blocks from the house. It's an
easy walk to the Venice Beach
Boardwalk or Santa Monica Pier and
3rd Street Promanade area. We
have rented properties in this area in
the past and this was by far the best
experience. We will definately be
renting this house again. "

This was our third stay in your
beautiful home. My first, when my
daughter started her Freshman
year in college and this one to
watch her graduate. The
amenities are incredible. The
beach is more fun with the toys
you provide, as well as the bikes
for outdoor fun. The indoor
amenities are amazing as well.
There is nothing lacking when
staying in this home. Something
for everyone and plenty to do in
the area as well. THANK YOU for
sharing.

I highly recommend this home to
anyone visiting the Santa Monica
area. My teenage son and his
friend loved the pool table, ping
pong, and pinball machine. They
also loved riding the bikes. The
house is in the perfect location
and is close to everything. We
enjoyed the house so much we
didn't want to leave! It truly felt like
"home" for 10 days. We have
rented many vacation homes and
this one is up there with the best
of them. Thank you Bob and we
have a referral for you already!

The most wonderful vacation spot.
The house is spotless,
comfortable and fun! My kids had
a blast with the bikes, pool table,
juke box and more. I was able to
relax in comfort and have friends
over to enjoy the roof deck. The
location is the most ideal-a block
from the beach, a block from Main
Street and some great
restaurants-just convenient to
everything. Thanks Bob, for
making our time in Santa Monica

From bikes and boogie boards
to amazingly comfortable beds
this beach house has it all! We
enjoyed being close to great
restaurants and shopping and
of course walking distance to
Venice Beach. Great house,
perfect for a beach vacation.

It has everything you could
want in a beach rental. The
owner was very responsive
and helpful. We would

The use of this home is an
absolute privilege. The layout
for sleeping and entertaining
for the eight of us was ideal.
The decor is beautiful as well
as comfortable. The comforts
of home are all provided. We
loved shopping and dining on
Abbot Kinney and of course
the Venice Board Walk. I
hesitate to recommend it only
in fear that it won't be available
when we come out next time.

Fabulous way to enjoy
California........Having rented in Santa
Monica for the past 5 years, this is by
far the best house I have found.
Location just perfect and suited us
even with a family member in a
wheelchair.....Having parking was a
bonus too......
Both Phyliss and Bob were so helpful
from the enquiry right through to
arriving at the property. The house
was perfect for everyone and we
couldn't have asked for anything more,
we felt at home............We shall
definitely be back.......

stocked with everything you
need to enjoy your time...beach
toys, bikes, towels, even a
stroller, hi-chair and
pack-n-play for the little ones.
Great style, very responsive
owner. Exceeded our
expectations. I wouldn't
hesitate to rent from them
again. Only wish I could have
stayed longer."

The location of the house is ideal.

It is within 2 blocks to the beach
(including a park for toddlers), a
farmers market, and restaurants, such
as Wolfgang Puck's Chinois. It is also
less than a mile from the hotels (on the
beach where we attended a wedding)
and a supermarket.

For a family with young kids, this
makes things very easy. You can take
the kids on strollers and ride to
anywhere of interest in Santa Monica.

an additional huge benefit to this
house is that there is parking on
premises and right outside. A rental
car seems key to any visit to LA
county. Parking otherwise in Santa
Monica can be a bit of an adventure,
but we knew that there was a driveway
as well as parking outside the
premises exclusively for us at all times.

The owner provided a clean
environment with all of the amenities
we were looking for, including kitchen,
washer/dryer, porch, and sun-room. It
was frankly better than advertised.

I would recommend this property to
anyone who is attending a wedding in
Santa Monica (cheaper than the hotels
and with free parking and ideal
location!!). Anyone in Santa monica
with kids (rooms are perfectly sized),
and anyone looking for a low-stress
environment (no need to drive to
beach).

The cost of a stay here is comparable
to hotels in the area plus you save on
parking every day.

What a beautiful holiday home.
We struggled with all the stairs
because our infant decided to
start crawling and climbing, but
a truly amazing house with lots
of amenities, Bob was terrific
with efficient instructions and
kindness - flexible with our
needs and we would definitely
stay here again (when our
girls are older and capable with
stairs).

Great house - great location.

Great property and location.
i took my teenage kids and
their friends there for a
week. You
couldnt ask for a better
house, 4 stories (if you
count the roof top deck) 2
large family rooms, and a
living room, all the
bedrooms were great with a
private bathroom in each.
The house also came with
everything we needed for
the beach, bikes,
boogie boards, towels, etc...
i would highly recommend
this place
