Off Season Rate Guidelines
January 2nd - June 1st and September 15th - Dec 25th
Rates may not apply to Spring Break and Holidays

$2,500 Santa Monica Ocean Park
per week for up to 6 adults and 1 child. (1 week rate)
Add 100 per person per night for each additional guest.
If you are renting less than 5 nights add $100 per night for each night under 5 nights. Weekend rentals may be
more.
Example: 3 nights @ $428 base rate + 2 nights at $100 = $200 Total per night = $628 per night
Discounts:
Rentals longer than one week. Subtract $100.00 per night after 7 nights.
Example: The rate for 2 weeks would be $3,000 per week or $6,000 minus $700 discount = $5,300 or $375 per
night. Longer than 2 weeks...Please email us!
Small Party Discount: If you are a smaller party for example 2 – 4 adults you are my perfect guest!
Please subtract $100
Flexible Dates? If your dates are flexible and you let us pick your dates or you pick a period that backs up to or
ends the same day or within one or two days to another rental you may qualify for an additional discount.

Last minute Rentals: Less than a week away, any number of days. Check our calendar email or call us for a
quote.
Standby Reservation:
If our rates are still over your budget please make us an offer!
I have a standby system where you can make an offer on the property then I contact you about two weeks prior to
your arrival. If the house is still available then you can have it at or close to your rate. This entails us sending
you a no obligation contract, No deposit necessary until I confirm your reservation and rate. If you find something
else we just cancel the reservation. I may also offer you one of my other properties if I have a cancellation.
